the antichrist is the spirit of wickedness in each and every heart, hence the heart is wicked above all things. Every single Christian will have antichrist revealed and he will go out from them at that revelation, hence the antichrist must be revealed before Christ consumes him with the brightness of his coming and the truth of his appearing. The reason antichrist deceives the whole world is because he is the 'spirit of the world' and anyone who is part of the world, is part of antichrist:

No, it is not written that the "many" antichrists "would be".  John said the many already had gone out into the world in his day.  And though in the sense that the mind of the flesh is at enmity against God (a mind not transformed to Christ and His Gospel) you are correct, specifically speaking, the many antichrists have been those ministers of Satan that have actively worked against Christ and His Gospel--whether outwardly or whether those that had and have entered in among believers "unaware", bringing in destructive doctrines of Devils.  Your description of every single Christian having an antichrist is in itself a doctrine of the Devil, for those who are genuinely in Christ are no longer of the flesh with the mind of the flesh, but have been made new after the inner man and have their minds transformed from that of enmity against God to being friends of Christ, of God.  They cannot have both Christ in and upon them and have the spirit of antichrist in and upon them.  That is utterly impossible and itself denies the Gospel.  There are those who claim the name of Christ, calling themselves "christian" who are indeed antichrists, still working actively against the purposes of God, of Christ and of His Gospel with lying doctrines of Devils, but those made new after the inner man in Christ are no longer of this world--they are of the Heavenly Zion--and therefore have no spirit of antichrist in.

And yes, there is that one singular antichrist who has elevated himself above all others who claims to sit on God's seat of judgment upon earth.
